Battery went bad but was quickly and easily replaced under warranty

Everyone was exceptionally nice as always.

Brought it in on a Tuesday for them to look at my tire that had a sidewall gash. Told to bring it back on Friday and they would replace it and file the claim for my tire and wheel protection. Brought it back on the Friday after being told they couldn't get the exact brand of my tire and they could replace it with a similar one on Tuesday which I was ok with. Get a call Friday afternoon that they could get my original tire brand and it wouldn't be there till Monday so I can either pick my truck up or leave it and bring it back Monday. I picked up my truck and brought it back Monday. At 5:12 got a call that my advisor never filed the claim and gotten approval so I wouldn't be able to pick up my truck. I asked if I would get a loaner to get home with and get my kids to school they said no. I could either find a ride or pay for my tire up front and get reimbursed which I said I couldn't do. I asked to speak with the manager and after going over the same conversation with him and reiterating I didn't have a ride he finally told me I could come get my truck but if the claim got denied I would have to pay. I then asked if someone could pick me up to get my truck they said they didn't have a driver I asked if they could drop my truck off to me they said no they were trying to go home. I ended up getting a coworker to drive me down the street to them and getting it. This process was completely unprofessional, disorganized, and entirely to long for a single tire replacement and the complete lack of help when they didn't cross all their Ts and dot all their Is is concerning. Like I told them it was a tire not a mechanical issue that you can come across an issue that requires them to keep the vehicle longer than expected.
